Senior Sales ExecutiveJob Location: Doha, QatarResponsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and IT solutions across Qatar
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product entry and expansion.
- Promote and sell a range of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA Systems) and IT products/services
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and initial presentation to negotiation and final contract signing.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions that meet project requirements
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solutions are customized and feasible
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in Qatar
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM systems Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years specifically within the CCTV & ELV industry.
- Established an extensive network of contacts across Qatar’s B2B, government, construction sectors.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with the Qatar market, including key clients, regulations, and business practices
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Qatar market is a plus
- Fluency in English & Arabic
