  • Support execution of loyalty campaigns aligned with the overarching retail loyalty strategy to drive redemption, collection, revenue, and average transaction value
  • Coordinate with loyalty, retail, digital, IT, and food and beverage teams to implement cross-channel campaigns
  • Assist in campaign brief development and collaborate with internal and external agencies to ensure effective delivery
  • Work with personalization teams to coordinate targeted retail and food and beverage campaigns
  • Support Privilege Club acquisition initiatives to increase known customer base and enable personalized marketing
  • Manage weekly performance reporting and prepare campaign dashboards for stakeholder review
  • Collate channel and commercial metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to a structured test and learn approach to optimize future loyalty activities
  • Support execution and deployment of campaign assets across retail stores and food and beverage outlets
  • Assist in IT project documentation outlining desired customer outputs and system capabilities
  • Coordinate training material delivery for loyalty programs to retail and food and beverage teams
  • Provide operational updates on loyalty performance to drive focus on key performance indicators

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, loyalty, or campaign management
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Intermediate knowledge of dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Strong understanding of customer data and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Good knowledge of the airline or travel industry is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
