- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience preferably within large diversified groups
- Strong expertise in Organizational Development Talent Management and Recruitment
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English spoken and written
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams develop strategic HR initiatives and collaborate effectively with senior management
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Must be available to join immediately
