Ideal Profile
- Minimum high school qualification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency, Opera system knowledge preferred
- Up to 2 years of relevant hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
