Title: Senior HSE Manager Oil & GasExperience: 18-20+Location: QatarJob Type: Full TimeJob BriefWe are looking for an experienced and confident Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environment activities across large oil & gas projects.This role is for a strong leader who cares deeply about people s safety, understands high-risk operations, and knows how to build a strong safety culture on site. You will work closely with senior leaders, clients, and large workforces to ensure every project is safe, compliant, and well managed.Responsibilities
- Lead all HSE activities for major oil & gas projects
- Build and promote a strong safety culture across sites
- Ensure full compliance with oil & gas HSE rules and client standards
- Manage high-risk activities such as SIMOPS, confined space, lifting, hot work, and hydrocarbon operations
- Guide and support large teams, contractors, and subcontractors
- Conduct incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Prepare clear HSE reports, audits, and documentation
- Advise senior management on safety risks and improvements
- Act as Project HSE Lead for large projects with 500+ workforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent professional HSE certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 20+ years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry
- Strong experience in EPC projects, construction, commissioning, or operations
- Experience working on Middle East oil & gas projects
- Previous experience as Project HSE Lead / Manager on large-scale projects
- Good knowledge of client standards such as QatarEnergy, QatarEnergy LNG, Dolphin, Shell, Total, ADNOC, Aramco
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent skills in incident investigation, reporting, and documentation
